The Annual Meeting scheduled on April 8, 2008, was not actually the Annual Meeting. There was no Annual Report as Rosemary Costa, Chairperson, was not in attendance. 

There was also no Annual Meeting because there was no budget presented. Just as well because there was also no accountant. Steve Lemanis said the accountant got lost. Later it was explained that the accountant had the wrong date.

So the next meeting was the scheduled Open Unit Owners Meeting scheduled for April 24, 2008. This meeting was cancelled however, and rescheduled for April 25, 2008, with only one day's notice.

The budget information was made available and the accountant was also there to answer any questions.

I'm not feeling the love.
Steve Lemanis, Assistant Chairperson, Doverbrook Board of Trustee says
"I Love Doverbrook".   But for me, I'm not feeling the love.

This outburst demonstrates how little understanding Steve Lemanis has about the role and responsibility of serving on the Board of Trustees, and his personal lack of knowledge and self control when acting for the Trust.
